Step 1: Create a User Story
- Click the “+ Create” button from the “Prioritized Product Backlog” of a Project.
- A pop-up window stating “Select an Epic to add User Story” will appear.
- Choose the Epic for which you want to create the User Story.
- The Overview section for the User Story will open.
Step 2: Provide User Story Details
- Enter the User Story Name in the provided field.
- Use Vabro Genie AI to generate a detailed description for the User Story, saving time and ensuring consistency.
- Click “Save and Continue” to proceed.
Optional: Use Vabro’s Clone User Story feature to instantly replicate an existing User Story. Vabro Genie AI will clone associated workflows and properties such as Estimates, Category, and Priority for faster setup.
Step 3: Generate Acceptance Criteria
- Navigate to the Details section.
- Select a Category and set the Priority for the User Story.
- Locate the Acceptance Criteria section.
- Click on “Generate with Vabro Genie AI” to create a detailed, well-structured description for the Acceptance Criteria. This step ensures consistency and saves valuable time.
